About Our Property Group
Rooted in this island, shaped by every guest we have welcomed.
Formed in 2021, Savage Property Group manages five vacation rental properties exclusively on Okaloosa Island. The team is fully focused on this location, offering curated stays within close proximity to the beach across all listings. In addition, a small number of properties are also managed in nearby Navarre, Santa Rosa, and Pensacola. The company is committed to elevating the guest experience by maintaining Superhost-level standards and providing accommodations with five-star amenities. One guest described the experience as “one of a kind” and said they “did not feel foreign.”
After reviewing and adapting his late acquisition, Benton Savage, all of Okaloosa Island, Savage Rentals is renting different homes in all Okaloosa’s land.Savage Vacation Rentals is seeing different homes and especially is absolutely happening. Closing another milestone project in January 2025, it is now a full-time team, enjoying a job market report from another direction, providing management and consulting services, and growing big enough so that we can finally have excellent options.
