Formed in 2022, Savage Property Group is currently focusing on vacation rentals on Okaloosa Island, and the owner, Benton Savage, owns and manages five properties, three of which are beachfront, all within a mile radius of his home. The team aims to improve the guest experience by maintaining our status as “Superhost” and offering more in-house amenities than any vacation on Okaloosa Island. “If we could think of anything else, we’d do it,” said Savage.

After renovating and designing his last acquisition, Pink Flamingo Okaloosa Island, Savage foresees creating different themes for all Savage Property Group vacation rentals. More expansion is already happening. Closing on another renovation project in January 2025, it’s already a fantastic team, acquiring additional beachfront vacation rentals, providing management and consulting services, and growing big enough so that we can finally take vacations.

“For some people, it’s their first time seeing the ocean. Other families have returned to their beloved Okaloosa Island for over twenty years. But everyone wants to stay at the beachfront and won’t want to be hassled on vacation. I do everything I can to make it easy.”
